The copyrights belong to Kyocera Mita Europe B.V., and remain undiminished if the pictures are incorporated into an archive, either electronically or manually. Commercial use or sale of the pictures and data, even in electronically manipulated form, is prohibited.

Logos must be used in accordance with the corporate identity, failure to comply is a breach of copyright. The photos may be printed free of charge. If pictures are used in films or electronic media we would appreciate a copy for our records.
