Using Kyocera’s Document Flow System, it will be very easy for the user to organise digitised paper based information. This will give a high availability of former paper based information to the customer’s need. Using Kyocera’s multifunctional copy systems wide touch panel, shared folder structure can be used to store scan data directly. Scan data can be stored into PDF or TIFF files with different resolution from 200 dpi to 600 dpi just as to the customers need.
